hey jason, ill be running a sprint car, im getting one in the mail.

can the standard motor run a lipo battery, or only the rtr battery included in the kit.

if its only the rtr battery in the kit, how long can i get out of it.
will i get a full 70 laps.???\

also if i look at upgrading it. what motor speedy package should i look at.

Yes you can run a lipo. I run the rtr battery and it makes the 70 laps easy. just use the battery a few times and it'll be fine

As for upgrading the motor and speedy. We are trying to make it a control class kinda. any speedy you like but with the losi motor. Makes for great racing and cheap.

maybe 10 sprintcars.. going to be awesome.

hey jason, i accidentally ordered a losi mini slider instead of a mini sprint.

but i suppose i can still run it ??

the only advantage the spring has over the slider from what i can see is the bottom load battery.

other then that everything else i beleive doesn't matter,

am i correct.

thanks mate, yeah the rtr battery seems to get me 10 minutes hard hard running. so 70 laps of regualr racing should be fine.

do you discharge and charge your batteries everytime or not.

what i was wondering is will the standard speedy controller run a lipo. or will it blow the lipo, or the speedy, or the motor.

yeah a bit of a bummer, i didn't realise untill i picked it up today. although i still like it, it runs perfect and looks cool, i just wont be like everyone else. lol

and i only payed 180 for it so its a bargain. brand new.

We will be running lipos in the mini sprints soon and a guy ran one a few weeks ago with no problems so it should be fine. Just might have to becareful how long it run it for in case it doesn't have lipo cut off.

It'll be good to see how a slider goes. Should be a big turn out on friday night.
