Which Hobby Shop

How do you choose the Right Hobby Shop, as there are just so many Rip Offs, that aren't interested in good advice, and the right part, but just a good quick sale !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe we should run a POLL???

I always hear good things about the price & service from the hobby shops that support local RC racing clubs, at least in Sydney - can't say I've heard a lot from members of other clubs.

Do you have a local club by any chance? They're the people who will already have worked this out.

If not, you can do what I did before I found a (not so) LHS to trust, and that's get all the info from the 'net and the parts from the cheapest source you can find. For me that was Hong Kong and Radio Models in Perth, both on-line/mail order purchases.

Cheers! Oggy.
