Hobbies Australia in Newcastle handle all warranty's. They may replace motor parts if its a motor but most electronic gear goes back o/s

I know the guy who handles warranty at frontline.
wats up? i might be able to tell you if its under warranty or not , for all LRP stuff pretty sure you need your blue warranty card first up.

If you bought your LRP ESC or Motor in Australia, return it to the place of purchase with your reciept along with your warranty card. Your LHS will then send it to the AU distributor for a warranty inspection.

If you bought your LRP product overseas, you may want to start with an email to the place of purchase and ask them what the returns procedure is for that particular store.

If the above is not relevant to the course of action you need to take, there is a local RC enthusiast that may be able to repair your ESC for a fee.

If you need a name and number, please send me a PM for his details.

Old thread I know, but where do I start to arrange repairs to LRP ix8 ESC? Set and mode buttons don't work. Or is it worth it?

If purchased in Australia, send it back to Hobbies Australia in Newcastle, with the place of purchase, and Date of purchase.

I had an LRP Flow Worx fail on me a few weeks ago, a quick call to Hobbies Australia and sent it back, one week later a new replacement unit arrive via express post.

Job done.

Is the warranty really 25 years?

Seems a little far fetched

Thanks for the info Paris, but the ESC came in a buggy I purchased second hand, so not a warranty issue. Just looking to pay for repair.

Cheers.
