Default Out and About to different tracks :)

There seems to be a few confused people, I'd just like to say people do not have to be a member of any club to enter the "2004 club challenge" to earn points in the drivers championship. If you want to earn points for your club then you have to be a member and a nominated driver

I think it is a great opportunity to get out and about to other tracks, meeting new people and the main thing, having a good time!

Just some info for club challenge meet:
1.- "The Day" Trophies for 1 thru 8 in the A Main.

2.- Drivers Championship, 3 best results of the 4 rounds will make up your points

3. Ė Interclub championship. The 12 selected drivers will have points added to the point score of that club over the 4 rounds. These drivers can be different for each of the rounds.

While the challenge is for electric powered cars there is a nitro "demo" class at Lithgow meeting, no points towards club or drivers championship will be awarded. Trophies for 1st thru 3rd in the A and B Main will be presented on the day.

The first club challenge meeting is on the 16th May at Lithgow, those coming to the normal Lithgow club meeting on the 9th of May please note: due to mothers day and other events the people who normally run the day will not be there so Ray is stepping into the shoes and we need all to give him a hand There will be no canteen etc...

Here is the race reminder:
Its Race Time Again,

Hi All,
Just a small reminder that racing at Lithgow is on again Sunday 9th May

Due to Mothers day and Several other clashing activities, Ray Tang will be conducting this race meeting. Please would all in attendance give him a hand to ensure that he has some fun too.

The Canteen will not be available at this stage, nor will the large power supply.

Race registration at the track will close at 9.30am, you can pre register by either the pre registration form on the web site, or by dropping us a line at this e-mail address. Pre registering helps the racing to begin earlier, allows frequency issues to be resolved and groups to be generated.

Race Fees are $8 per car per class for non members

$5 per car per class for members, or members of affiliated clubs

Classes are as per the Web Site.

Power is available however you will need to bring extension leads and power boards.

A small reminder for those attending the interclub challenge at Lithgow, your entry forms are due in by next Sunday 9th May, entries on the day will not be accepted. Please donít ask refusal may offend

To clear some confusion regarding the Interclub Challenge.

The round at Lithgow as all round, is 3 series in 1.
1.- The day Trophies for 1 thru 8 in the A Main.

2.- Drivers Championship, 3 best results of the 4 rounds will make up your points

3. Ė Interclub championship. The 12 selected drivers will have points added to the point score of that club over the 4 rounds. These drivers can be different for each of the rounds.

You donít need to be a member of LRCCC or any club, to compete or have points allocated toward the drivers championship.

You need to be a member of LRCCC to be able to be selected as a driver for LRCCC and gather points towards the interclub series.

We hope this clears things up.

The start time for the interclub has been bought forward to a 8 am drivers brief and an 8.30 start.

Nitro demo, this is a demo and no points towards club, or drivers championship will be awarded. Trophies for 1 thru 3 in the A and B Main will be presented on the day

To run nitro, the only restriction is it has to be running a 4door TC bodies or 2 Door sports car. NO LOLA / CANAM bodies. .15 Small block size engine max 200 wide.

Results from the last meetings are available at the web site along with the championship tables. The results for this meeting will be posted as soon as possible after the meeting. Alycat race docs have also been included so you can check to see if the changes you make are bettering your lap times.

Check out the photo gallery on the site and see if the happy snapper has captured you in digital glory.

Donít forget if you havenít filled out a race form for this current season you need to do it before racing, a copy has been provided on the site so you can have it ready on race day, you only need to do this once per season. Visitors are also required to complete one of these once per season as well. No form no race sorry.

If you know a racer that doesnít have email and need to be made aware of the information within this email please pass it on. You assistance is appreciated.

Thatís about it lots of stuff happening

See Ya at the track
