Tech question:FCC and C-tick differences

Does anyone know of there is a difference in the output or frequency range of a FCC (USA and EU) and a C-tick (Australian) approved 2.4ghz radio system?

I know France has a thing where they only permit half the power of a normal 2.4 system, but I'm talking rest of the world stuff.
