I just thought I would share my experience so far with these Guys.

I have ordered a few things off them in the last couple of Months for My Losi. Parts for my Car , a few tools, even some Rims and Tyres for my Short Course. The parts that they had in Stock were delivered to my door 2 days later, as I normally order at night. If they dont have it in Stock, within a week. Pretty Good Service I think.

But this week, Alan (sorry didnt know if it was 1 L or 2) from SPX Racing blew me away with the service that they wish to provide to Racers like me.

I ordered a Alpha S852 Engine off them last Sunday Night after retirering my old worn out GO. I knew from there Website that they did not have it in Stock, but the Price was too good to resist and from my past dealings they would get it to me as soon as they could. Anyway I rang Alan Wednesday to see if I was going to get the New Alpha by this weekend. He apologized that his supplier would not have it to him until Friday and too late to have it with a Courier, so that I would have it by the weekend.

Now I live in Ipswich, SPX Racing is on the Gold Coast, a good 60 minutes plus away.

Alan Delivered The New Alpha to my Door with the other parts I had on Order at 7.30pm, so that I could go Racing again this weekend.

Alan, thanks Heaps for your Great Service. I'm sure you will see more of my money in the Future.

I hear ya!
My mates and I have now ordered about 5 alphas, 4 pipes, and 3 DX3S sets off them. the service is second to none, and the delivery time is super fast, even to the mid north coast of NSW. Also, the prices are the lowest i have found anywhere.

this is the only place i shop now!

Nice to see a good news story for a change!

i had a LOSI speedy prob and once it was sorted out , 24 hrs later had a brand new one delivered.

There service in the store is just as great as with the online aswell. Great Prices aswell.

These guys must be the Cheapest Losi Parts in Australia.
