Default 1/8TH,1/10TH SCALE INDOOR OFF TRACK IN SEQ

HI GUYS

I have been asked to research the possiblity of a indoor facility for 1/8th off road indoor track in south east queensland from a consortium from mainland china .I am in china at the moment.

indoor off road track and possibly 1/10th on road track .
retail store
etc

it will be a proper complex state of the art if it goes ahead and family friendly environment with children activities looked after while the adults enjoy there hobby.

what do you guys think ??

I'm sure if you build it people will come.
I'm keen to see a dirt oval for 1/8 & 1/10 scale Sprintcars & Late Models.

the buggy seen in QLD is strong i feal the RC cummunity would get behind it as they no if they dont it wont be there long

Im sure they will support it its what Australia needs rain, hail or shine racing still goes on .friday nights ,sat etc this way you have time for family on sunday's etc .consider me the family reunion consultant not the divorce lawyer ok.

if they dont support it its ok we will own the building as we dont like to pay other peoples assets off so it will go back to only distribution or helicopter indoor flying many things we can do .no loss in the end .

An indoor track sounds great
The first club or place that can run night time racing will take a huge slice of the offroad pie
Racing at night on the weekend would suit a lot more people than you think.
It leaves Sunday to spend with the family.
sooner rather than later i hope.

something like that would have the potential to be huge..really huge!!as they say build it they will come,in flocks..it all sounds great, especially if it would have employees there and was open for long hours..i spose just a mad kickass shed with a shop on the side is what youd be after...good luck with it, hope it gets the go ahead

Seems to be a few organisations looking into this at the same time. My guess is he who builds it first is going to stitch up a niche market.

Cant wait
