Well here we go :

Since reopening in July 2009 we have been asked if we are a store or purely online business and whether we have stocks of the goods we sell on line.

• Yes we are a physical store in Parkdale VIC. We have been operating as R.A.B. Hobbies since October 1989. A store front from Oct 89 to Dec 1999 and then online until Jul 09, then reopening a store front.
• We is me, Renato Benci. Sole trader and owner of R.A.B. Hobbies and the only contact unless the wife, friends and/or either of the two daughters answers the phone!
• We are a small operation and plan to keep ourselves to this level. Better suited to have better contact with the customers we have.
• We have been actively promoting ourselves on the net since May 2007. And now a store.
• As for the stock we carry all quantities are live and correct as of end of a days trading. Some times though we do need to verify low stock status on some products. We can order any item not in stock and we can verify stock levels from all suppliers we deal with. All we need is part numbers and/or a description of what you need.
• We can reply within the days period to any queries asked via either SMS, email or phone call pending on confirmation from our suppliers.
• We do make an effort to keep as much in the way of spares for the cars, planes and boats we carry within budget. If you do not see an item that you need, just contact us.......
• Our main focus is RC cars of the 1/10 touring type and associated acc's. We/I do fly though and as such service and sell aircraft as well. Plastic kits are another side line as well as a small selection of RC Boats.
• We plan to grow slowly as time goes by and do update our eStore on a daily basis with stock additions and new manufacturers stock.
• To be kept up to date we do have a email newsletter which we send out on a weekly basis or close to.
