Have you ever thought about going to a hobby shop, or maybe online?

Race report plus full results from tonight's Launceston R/C action now online at launcestonrc.com

Enjoy!

Good luck to the Launnie crew headed for the Tassie EP On-Road Champs this weekend, and to the Tassie boys in Canberra at the 8th Off-Road Bugg Nats over the next few days.

Can anyone help me with a little problem. I have been looking for a mini. But i'm not sure if the one i have found is the write one.

Is it the Tamiya Mini Cooper S '06 M-03L Kit. Not sure if this is the right one. It says that it has fixed camber etc. Am i in the area here? And what would be the correct motor size etc to put in this puppy?

Also what tyres are you all running?

Hi Tom,

There is only one motor/esc combo to run in mini. It's this one: http://www.feralbatteries.com/Yeah-R...Mini_p_74.html

As far as kits go, there are those who swear by Mo3 and those who swear by Mo5. Having only run mini once, I really can't say either way. I think at the end of the day the performance between all of them is pretty similar.

Check out the info at rc-mini.net when it comes to building - they have great info on both m03 and m05 and how to get them going best.

Cheers
SCott

Thanks Scott,
I'll do some more investigation.
Kind Regards,
Tom.
