Hobao Nitro Touring Car RTR
I did google search and have found little info on this model.
I’m able to pick up a hyper 10 quite cheap ,I have no idea to what the RC community think of this brand and model.
This hyper has been sitting around for a couple of years which could mean the motor is no good, but besides that the rest of the stuff looks OK.
Now curious are these still being raced and if they are.. are they holding up OK as a racer.
Are these being classed as too low a quality for anything beyond park bashing ?.
Fill me in with what’s the go or no go on this model.

Hyper 10?
I still have a bit of a soft spot for this car. It does 'fang' around quite well, and is pretty to look at with all the purple bits.
The main issue I had with the car when running it was the front end upper wishbone links and shock tower area were basically made out of candy. This can all be reinforced, but again that's more work.
Therefore this car is best used at high speed in an area less tight than a race track.
Definately a top notch street machine though.
GPX4 Pro as mentioned, has a more up to race spec chassis/trans. layout and would be a better choice for competition.
Merry Christmas and a happy NY

I didn't expect too much for $100 bucks.
So what about all these hypers running around at hobby habit ??
How are they surviving on that small track
