DZ, I made mine the same way the Mi2 manual recommends...
that is, to remove the main carbide diff balls (not thrust)..
clean the lubricant from the diff faces, and diff rings and reassemble...
tighten diff bolt until it locks...dont overtighten!...
I also did this to prevent damage to diff pulley from being clamped..
I used 2 peices of cardboard (cut from schumacher spares header card, into a circle...slightly larger diameter than diff rings, and a hole in centre... place against pulley between diff rings before reassembly...
Mine has operated faultlessly for 4 days now...hasnt slipped at all.

King G : Thanks for the info .. i am ging to rebuilt my diff this week, so will be ready by next meet. Might try the spool diff. Hope it work for me since the track i am racing is consider thight and lot's of corners.

hi, does the mission S1 include carbon fibre parts? or is it just a sport type version? would you guys reccomend it for racing?

so whats the top deck made out of etc? coz i noticed the s1 is pretty cheap at frontline hobbies
