may be one cell is dead. check individual cell.

i have checked every cell and they are all fine and so is my charger. would it be the way the battery bars are on?

check the voltage

Grab hold of a multimeter and check the voltage(DC) of the pack. It should still read about 4.8 - 5 volts when flat. If it reads zero then you have an open circuit or a dead cell. If you can't get a multimeter take the pack to dick smiths and they might check it for you (you may have to ask nicely thou) lol

hope this helps.

Gary your friendly electronics technician;)
