I like the look of the Cyber10b, the price is good for what you get.

I have always liked the quality of HPI cars, i owned a Pro2 touring car a few years ago which i built from box kit, top quality, i loved that car.

Also the Cyber10b won a 24 hour enduro, which was mentioned before, against a very good field of cars and drivers.

I wonder what mods if any the Cyber10b was using for the enduro ?

I picked one up in the end. Keeping a build diary of sorts over here.

Initial impressions are favourable so far, only real surprises were lack of bearings in the diffs and steering rack. Price in Australia is bit of a mixed bag. Frontline sells them for $370. For $70 less you can get a D4 from the same shop.

The Cyber that won the 24 hour had D4 rear CVD's, D4 shocks, titanium turnbuckles, WCE slipper and aluminium top motor mount.

Hey guys,

FYI at the Reedy race at Yatabe a few months back, the HB team (including Hayato, who hadnt announced his change to Yokomo at the time) were running 10Bs with carbon upper and lower decks. The cars looked good on the track, and apparently were a bit easier to drive than the D4. I liked the fact that the weight can be shifted back and forth very easily. Unfortunately didnt snap any photos of the cars while I was there.

Not sure what they ran at Cactus.

Hey Old school, have u seen the entries for Mailtland challenge cup? 4wd stock already has 30 entries and is full, 4wd is already big as has been so for a while, thanks to a good number of manufacturers producing well priced and competitive cars, the more the better, one of the coolest things about 1/8th racing in my opinion is how many different car makers are in it.
Scrawl, i cant wait to see this thing ont he track
