My Castle Field Link finally arrived! Yaaaeeeeeeee!

You know my new job means I will be in the city heaps more than I used to be and the office is in Epping, might have to use Epping road instead of the M2 to save the company some money. What? That means I have to drive past Blenheim Road, every cloud has a silver lining.

If anybody has been trying to contact me via email today sorry but my PC video card has shat itself and will be out of action till I can get it down to the PC shop to get it repaired on Monday (buggered if I can be asked to fix it myself). So if you need to contact me try PM or SMS.

Good luck to the team for tomorrow and remember it is not about the winning it is about the competing, but if you happen to win that's bloody brilliant. And also remember you are racing toy cars not Formula 1, so there are no lives on the line or million dollar pay cheques, but then I know you guys don't have to be reminded about sporting behaviour, we couldn't have asked for a better bunch of blokes to represent us. Now go and KILL THE BASTARDS!

Nick

You are a funny guy Nick.

I am a bit nervous racing in 2wd Modified, but i will give it a good go tomorrow.

The St. Ives track looks awesome, well done to President Tom Clifford, Gavin Bruce, Ben Panic, Ant Geerno, Thomas Armstrong, Leo Steiner, Darryn Johnson, and anyone i have missed who is involved with the St. Ives RC Track.

The committee was talking about racing 1/8th scale electric 4wd buggies on the second Sunday of the month as an exhibition class for Series 2 .

Let's generate some interest on this thread and see how things go.

We have already had a few JConcepts J82 1/8th scale electric 2wd buggies at the track, including mine, if there is more interest then there will be a dedicated class for the Series 2 point score.

Can you get me some soft front and rear springs? Actually, you know they are about the same price from Model Flight in Adelaide.

Also, how did you go finding shock shafts for the Losi shocks?

Nick,
how soft is soft?
Model Flight has none in stock Plus I'm getting some Kyosho ball cups,
never had a problem with finding shock shafts, they were usually attached to the shock body
here's a chart for springs, from what I can gather, losi front blacks are 4.1 NOT 4.5 (typo)
