Race results from today are now available online. http://www.sydneyrc.com/wp-content/u...ng_Report.html
Definitely a lot of drivers getting faster and some new drivers with skills showing up today too.
Should be a good Spring Series at Ryde over the next few months.

Mark Emery on pole position with his new DTM3.

We will be racing on Saturdays from now until the end of the year.
Saturday racing will replace Sunday racing due to many requests for Saturday evening racing.
Race start time will be approximately 4pm and will finish around 9pm depending on numbers.

Hi All,
It has been a few years since I raced
Just wondering a good source for Lipos now?
Is feral still around?
Thanks
Wayne.

Hi all
New to everything (forum and RC). Yes another ambitious noob...
My first RC car was a super hornet back in the 90’s. My brother bought it for me with his first pay cheque (although I couldn’t figure out why he would always take first turn and hog the controller).
I always envied kids with Nitro RC cars but put simply we couldn’t afford it. I’ve always had an interest in RC - bought my nephew a brushless RC car for his 13th birthday. I was drooling at the site of some of those cars in the shop and with two boys I knew this was something I wanted to share with them growing up.
Then I came across a Kyosho Inferno 7.5 last week (mere coincidence and possibly a sign!) - so I bought it VERY CHEAP (almost free).
I was wondering if someone with some experience could spare some time to have a quick look over the car for me? It’s missing some parts but motor/carbie look complete. I would like to get an idea on whether it would be worthwhile putting the time and money into it.

Hi there, I'm not on FB, so can't ask questions there.
I haven't raced in about 10 years. Used to run 1/8 Nitro Buggies.
The Iso has seen me build a bunch of kits. I have a TLR SCT 22 3.0 that I was thinking about bringing down and maybe racing.
I'll grab some all rounder tires and some positrons, but if anyone has a baseline SCT set up for 10.5T that would be appreciated- will drive me nuts if I haven't got the right stuff on me when I get there. Gear Ratio, Oil and Spring Rates to get my in the ballpark would great.

Post some photos and I'll see if I can help.

Most popular class would be 2wd stock buggy. Usually the cheapest and easiest class to get into. Obviously the lockdown has suspended the use for the facility for the moment but, we will be back as soon as lockdown is over!
We are not super active here on RC Tech, but we post up-to-date info on our Facebook page and in our Facebook group. Feel free to join and follow each for up to date info! Also, you can ask question in our group, which has over 1,000 members. So, there will be plenty of people to answer questions.
