Almost there Chris.

You can use my personal transponder anyway if there is a delay.

The club has upgraded the race program from Alycat 9.1 to 9.3 as well as the RC4 decoder so Ryde will be up to date with technology. . . except the website. That's next.

Had a quick run at the track yesterday and today and have to say it bloody awesome at the moment, a bit of dust for some sideways but enough grip to bite into when you need it. Should be great racing this weekend, pissed I can't make it!

There was some nice drifting by Peli last race meet on a corner before moguls in the SC. Looking forward to having another run this weekend. Hoping it still looks great and it doesnt rain.

Cheers

Had a run at Ryde and st ives today, St Ives is very slippery at the moment so its hard to get a good gauge, once they finish the pre work should be a fun CS.
Ryde is so good at the moment I think its at a national standard very fun even with a fine layer of dirt still had plenty of grip on the race line top day.

I'll be running race control on Sunday and those with RC4 pure transponders will be able to use them as the decoder box has been upgraded to version 4.4 successfully.
MRT's will not work.
The club transponders have been serviced and we now have 10 in good working order and clearly labeled.
I have the Alycat 9.3 race program working on the club laptop so I'll be getting used to the new program on Sunday.

I was at the track yesterday and the surface has good grip with little tyre wear but looks to be drying out.
We don't want the track to dry out too much, that's when the track starts to degrade at an accelerated rate.
Please, if anyone is at the track today a good watering is required, we all need to help to keep that perfect amount of moisture in the surface, that's why the hose is always left out.
Please roll the hose up neatly after use, thanks.
