Yes I am aware this is a first world problem.

The Associated and Durango are dependable cars and with Tower Hobbies discount codes can be very inexpensive.
But the Xray is the new beast on the block !
I'd go with the XB4 from Northern Beaches Hobby Centre.
They have a good price that makes overseas online orders not necessary.

Considered putting a 3mm grub screw in either end to stop the bleeding but couldn't find any long enough.

Be careful out there.
Ouchhh!!!

Rang NBHC yesterday, XB4 stock hasnt landed yet and they are not sure it will clear customs by christmas.

...... and all stock is already spoken for

Durango is out of stock 2 Redstar.

So it only leaves the B44.2 if I wish to buy locally. On the plus side the B44.2 is probably the easiest to get parts for.

It's a pity bnib xx4's and xxx4's are rare and Losi aren't bringing out a new TLR 4wd otherwise you could have a fleet of Losi's in the making.

I know the XX4 is still winning races which is the funny thing, but for some reason Losi wont sell it brand new. I know its an old car but if you have nothing its better to have something/

Its a shame, its been real quiet from TLR on the 4WD Buggy front. Either something really big is brewing or they have NFI and are trying to play catchup.

The other point one could make is that, because Losi is US dominated and 4WD buggy is effectively dead in the US market. It can be argued they see no value in it.

Either way I want a 4WD buggy. Any make I can still easily get parts for.

2wd is where its at.
Losi have a great 1/8 4wd car, and they definitely have an idea.
Probably not worried about a class that isn't that big right now

That's what I don't get!

The 8ight E is a great car, and they scaled that down to 1/14th scale with the mini 8ight.

So surely it cant be that hard to scale it down/up to 1/10th scale can it?

If yor not in a hurry,I can take the JCons Hexs off my SC10 1 weekend for you to try before you buy.

I run them on a Durango as well for a while, great quality gear

Also, check Avid, they make some ultra high quality gear for 1/10 offroad, best on the market for quality easily I would think.
Cheers Peli. Ill have a look on the avid website and see what they have.
Love the bellcranks they make.
