Sounds good Nick, I'll be there to have some fun in the sun.

Wow !!!
That's impressive for a 2wd buggy.
Did you clock that on dirt or the road ?

Hey Roman, yeah it's pretty quick. Was an on-road run. Had to unmount the rear wing and add weight to the front as the whole buggy was getting airborne. The B4 Bomber!

More importantly, what the hell was the motor in there? I would love to put that GPS thing in my Mini-T, I swear it's going close to that, hence it currently has a broken front end as it is very hard going from 90 to 0 in 3m with 2 clotheslines in the way!

Maybe we should all chip in and buy a GPS speedo for the club to resolve that constant question from spectators: "How fast will it go?" And the stock guys could see just how much faster their latest motor is compared to the old one; or do they really want to know?

I'm running a speed passion 4.5T with 6500 90c Lipo. I'm surprised it was only the front end broken stopping that quick in ur mini, durable!!! The biggest issue I had was sustaining ground contact.
The GPS set me back about $70 new on ebay, it vey accurate as I tested it while I was driving my Corolla. There is tracking software for it too! Yes, the GPS will definitely answer a few questions for sure haha

If you're serious, HobbyKing now has a radar gun for $99.99: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=23304

Cheers, I saw this. However I chose the GPS as it's flexible to use for other applications, especially with the tracking software.

Default This Sunday

Hi Guys

This sunday's club day coincides with the AKA tour at Liverpool. I will be racing at Liverpool and won't be racing at Ryde so i am hoping someone else can do the shopping and canteen. Probability won't need much for the canteen just 24 sausages, 1 lot of onions 24 bread rolls and i am not sure what drinks are required, Nick or Roman is there anything else. If you would like to help out please send me a PM.

Peter

You did say it is going to be sunny on Sunday Nick ?
At least we don't have to water the track.
