Good to meet you today as well. After you left, my friend was driving my truck and at full pelt down the straight before the main straight he hit one of the buggies that was being lifted from the track. Oops, one front axle carrier shorn right off the buggy, newly orphaned wheel rolls down the track...

People weren't upset, so that was nice.

With the new layout, are people lowering their ride height? Also I found that there was so much grip that I was traction rolling and my calibers were full of dirt... Bring back the dust, I say...

I aim to be there at 8:30am tomorrow, let's try and get racing before 10am so we have more chance of missing the rain. Even if we can get the first two heats in, at least that would give us a reasonable basis for the results, if we get a final or two finished then great.

It could also just loss down all morning, but my money is on rain from 1pm.

Nick - If it's not too late, please remove my entries from tomorrow's meet. (Alycat won't allow me) . My kids are both unwell.

Sorry for the late notice. Thought they would recover faster ..

No worries, thanks for the heads up. Hope you don't catch it too; always seems that the kids get the virus, we get them better then we get it, I'd rather we all had it at the same time, at least then they're not running around the house screaming. Good luck.

Forecast has changed to coastal isolated showers so we look good for a full day of racing!

Looks like there was a little rain overnight here in Ryde so could the first person at the track give any puddles a sweep off please, although there may not be any it looks like it was pretty light.

Nick lives local and he says the weather is fine.
Racing will be on.

Brendan, can you get to the track with the key ?
I'm buying bread rolls for the BBQ now.

Don't come if you don't want to clean your buggy tonight, but we will be racing. Might start a little later though to get max drying time.
