Exclamation Racing Cancelled Sat 2nd June Twilight

Sorry guys racing is cancelled. Its raining and the radar shows another dump soon. It wont dry out with the continuing drizzle either even if it does stop which is not forecast.

As per usual if you do put some wet pratctice laps in please be mindful of the damage and watch your footing to keep off the soft parts.

Thanks
Shane

Forecast for next Sunday is sunshine, so if a week of rain doesn't wash the track away we should be good for racing.

So anymore redneck trophy girls around?

Default Rc in Darwin

Heading to Darwin text week, then Kakadu. And have found an off road track in the middle of Darwin, with x over!

Would it be wrong to pack the 4wd, for an afternoon at the track?

http://www.ocrraceway.com/index.html

Otherwise I.m now looking at 4 weeks without a race, given today was cancelled

These guys seem to have it going on with short course. And the track looks awesome, with all the jumps being some sought of man made structure over he dirt? I wonder where they found the oversized rope? Maybe Peter could score some from the dry docks somewhere

I reckon the satellite image might be a little old, can't see the cross over in the website photos, regardless it looks like an awesome track, really well set up. I love, when you look at the satellite image, every car parked next to the track is a 4WD and by the looks of it all Toyotas, no Range Rover, BMW or Lexus 4WDs in Darwin, and I believe you are shot on sight if you turn up in a Volvo.

While you are talking satellite images. You have most likely looked at our track before on google maps, and it's still the old old track.
Found this yesterday http://www.nearmap.com/ you can go back week by week and see the track in all it's Changes over the last 12 month. Very cool.

One image even shows to people standing on the track. Competition to see who they are.
