Mad_dog_clark, I've installed the latest firmware (V3_508_NO Tim) installed, yet still no blinking Red LED.
with v3 508 software the blinky led is quite bright, make sure your esc is calibrated probly and your radio is turned on.if all else fails i'm sure someone at the track can sort it out.

Ahh yes, I just remembered I had the same problem with one of mine, it must make scrutineering a drag.

Looks like we have quite a big meet to get through tomorrow with at least 9, maybe 10 heats to get through at 8 minutes per heat and 5 rounds of 10 heats is 6.7 hours. If we start at 10am we won't finish till 5pm and sunset is at 5:30pm so we can't go any later than that.

So there will be no stopping the race meet for anything, if you aren't on the driver's stand the race will start without you, if nobody is on the driver's stand I will cancel the race and go on to the next one. If you are running back to back, which some people will have to do, you MUST have both cars ready at the start of the first race, there just isn't enough time between races to take your car back to your table and get the other one ready. By the way thanks to Wookie and the others who have been really good at getting their stuff ready between Pro2 and Pro4 as you guys have to deal with this a lot when you are racing those two classes, but we might able to help you this week.

Also, the last meet I attended we docked laps from at least 3 drivers for not marshalling the race after them. If you are back to back you must nominate a substitute marshal to sit in for you, if you aren't back to back there are no excuses. Don't expect that we will ignore it if we see you aren't marshalling, and if you notice somebody isn't marshalling then let race control know and we will deal with it.

Anybody who repeatedly misses their marshalling will be disqualified for the day.

The other big no no tomorrow will be not returning your transponder. It should be simple as you need to walk past race control to put your car on the scrutineering table, so just pull the transponder out on your way and put it in the rack. If we have to delay a race because you haven't returned a transponder in time we will dock a lap from your previous race.

Sorry to be so harsh, but if you can do it at the Nats you can do it at your own club days and at the end of the day we have about the same number of races to get through in a shorter period of time so everybody needs to do their bit to help.

Thanks Radio_Active & Cghomann..

I've tried all various combination yet, no sign of Red LED present on this HW 120A..However I've tested the NO_Timing profile to my other vehicle (4WD Mod) with the exact same ESC but only difference is one is Blue the other is with Black casing. It seems to be working perfectly fine with a blinky Red LED. Due to the nature of swapping ESC and the process of desolder/resoldering is just kinda pain.

However if need be, I can swap the ESC in the next race meeting ?

Once again, thanks everyone for your great help.

Cheers

Sorry for turning this in a psuedo help thread, but has any noticed that the ball diff spring in their kit is slightly longer by about half turn?

During my build I realized the T-nut was blocking my driveshafts and creating positive camber. My diff is finger tight, and I'm a bit hesitant if i should wrench it in any further.

I think the spring is slightly longer than what it should be, and the spring used in the rango build guide appears to be shorter though it has been compressed. For reference my spring free length is 8.90mm, and about 8.1mm when I clamped it down in a vice.
Exhibit A,B and C.

Anybody chime in?

I don't have a DEX210 Mocky, you might get an answer on the DEX210 thread.
