Hi All

I am looking at a second hand decoder for $2,500 . ( does not come with loop )

What are your thoughts about prices & should i buy new or second hand ?

Also if i don't buy it it will be up for sale so if anyone else is looking for a decoder please let me know ASAP.

Can the timming loop be run above the track & if so how high can it be ?

:sneaky:

See ya

Where were you on the weekend mate? Only four in stock. What ever you do dont buy the one off the guys at the Gold Coast, it has serious problems:nod:

The info you need for making a 'bridge can be found here: http://www.amb-it.com/download/suppo...English%20.pdf on page 8,

Looks to be about 45cm high.

Cheers

What ARE you smoking Ash!?
Sunshine Coast on-road loop is definitely under the track surface.
(Anything above the ground would be torn-out by the local hoons )

I think Ash was referring to out PA system wiring that we run out each meet.:)
And I see the correct link is posted as above to the AMB website.

Hi All

Thanks for the help guy's

The reason i was asking about the loop being above the track is we run on the local tennis court ( see pic below )& i don't think they would let us cut into the surface ( i will have to ask )

The cut only has to be the width of the grinder cutting blade, at SMA we had the loop down for a couple of years in the old tennis court with no problems, but it is up to the owner.

Try to get the loop cut in an area that is out of the way as much as possible, otherwise you will be need to make a frame to hold the loop.

Good luck
