I do... The Datto (pictured left) only sucked 800 mha out of them per heat, friday gone. Stuffed if I know why they are so efficient... Maybe it's becasue they weigh next to nothing..... ?

was thinking the same thing chris....about just turning the slash back into the big jumper..and racing a sc10.....if the sc10 can handle my driving with out breaking it

But then my Prince isn't race legal, in any spec class so you gotta weigh that up as well.

It was a treat to watch you boys race today, the slashs drew a pretty big crowd for the 2nd round

Krudds money; a PS3 and a Slash sound pretty good to me!!!

First time seeing a Slash today let alone watching them blat around a track, awesome guys, i hope the class continues to grow! Once you finalise the motors for them I can see myself getting one and joining in for some fun!

I took around 100 pics of you guys today so expect to see some on here shortly and a link to my Photobucket site where you can find the rest.
If you want full size images just pm me.

Cheers
Murray

The spec class is the beginner/budget group. Pro Slash is a very limited normal class

I was not aware that the brushless option was going to be implemented in both. Sort of makes a mockery of the budget class then...

The idea of going (or limiting to) 13.5 was to keep the Pro class from mowing down trucks in Spec on the straight, by keeping the speeds similar, that it seems to do nicely.

nah brushless only allowed in mod is the way we have discussed it...keep stock slash as they come out of the box as per rules.....
