Welcome to the official thread for CRCMCC Inc. This thread is for members and other interested parties to discuss all things RC related.
I would also like to officially announce that CRCMCC Inc has secured a parcel of land on Maher Road, Gordonvale, to build the ‘ULTIMATE OFFROAD FACILITY’
, so we will again be racing offroad, aswell as our regular onroad racing located at Behan Street, Cairns

Oh and dont forget about On road Intercity on Sat 6th Sept at Behan Street On Road Track. Will post an entrant list here. Stay tuned.

yippee!! its about time but good things come to those who are patient!
with the size of that land it looks like a huge track is on the cards for 1/8 buggy and everything 1/10 looks like I will have to get the inferno out and ready to go for 2009 season hopefully earlier.

Dont forget onroad practice this sunday from 1pm at Behan Street. Transponder Decoder Box will be set up

Intercity Entry List
Attached is the entry list for the upcoming Onroad Intercity Event hosted by the CRCMCC Inc.
A couple of points:
Order of Entries is not necessarily Grid Positions
All Track records are up for grabs (Current records are listed at www.cairnsrc.com)
Nitro Pro will be split into 2 groups
-A Final 20min duration - fastest 7 qualifiers
-B Final 15min duration - remaining qualifiers
(the finals may change on the day due to numbers still running?)
If any questions, please let us know

The club has a short range FM transmitter, meaning all PA's from the lap counting system can be picked up on any FM radio in the pits, in addition to being broadcast through the normal PA system

Hi Everyone,
Just to let everyone know that the Cairns Weather Bureau have informed us that the forecast for Saturday is for fine conditions. Hope to see everyone there for a great day of racing.
