I think he did and the copper is still looking for him as they dont give chase if you are travelling over 200k
townsville was fun but a brutal track if you get it messed up

Hi Everyone
just a reminder to everyone that anyone wishing to nominate via slyfox for the 3rd of SSS here in Mackay, nominations will be closed on the 28th October, no nominations will be taken on Saturday. At the moment we are looking at least 3 buggy finals (A Final will be a 15 car final) and 2 Truggy Finals ( A final will be a 15 car final). Havent worked out what time we will be finishing on Sunday but i say it will be around the 1PM mark. Anyone who has a 4WD SCT and want to nominate via slyfox in the shootout running in conjuction with the SSS, can you please let them know to nominate on slyfox by the 28th October. Things are going to be pretty tight on saturday so i need to make sure everything rolls on and have me marshals out to keep the meeting moving along. Plan is to knock over the qualifiers over on Saturday. Also there will be 3 buggy heats, 2 truggy heats 1 EP heat, 1 heat SCT (SSS) and 2 heats of 4WD SCT (shootout but they marshal themselves)
There will be a varitity of hot food available and cold drinks plus there will be a special for dinner after racing which entails a choice of a steak or mince burger, can of drink and a drumstick for $10 plus brekky will be put on 6:30AM Sunday morning. Camping is available at the track and there will be a shower at the track as well. There is limited power so will need to bring own means of power

2 day electric event cancelled
Hi all,
Due to the unseasonal rain this week the track is not suitable for racing (unless you have a boat!) so the decision has been made to cancel the 2 day electric meet this weekend.
We are hoping to reschedule to next month. Stay tuned for updates.
