New Classes
Seeming everyone seems to want there local class to be a part of the big picture in the whole scheme of things. Why not suggest some classes we could look at implementing in the next....aaaarrrgghhhh... say.. 50 years.
I'll propose a lowriders class. 55t motors, Old chevy Impala bodies, Single cell, Must run biggest spur/smallest pinion combination. Body must be low enough to scrape ground while driving, and then we cruise in the ghettos. Slowest wins over a 3 hour cruise. Drive-bys, drug deals, bass sounds, bouncing cars and talking trash to other competitors on the stand will give you bonus points. Could be run under the new TSW blueprint. Sounds pretty affordable. Anyone else have a insanely ridiculous idea...don't be afraid!:deathstar |
If you really want to keep costs down we could have a class for HQ Holdens or even get into go Karts.

well i don't think we race to save money?

Perhaps we could fit radio gear and a set of wheels to a wad of $50 notes and race them or if we really want to burn more dough we could make another class for $100's.

How about classic body shells, I got my XU1 Torana shell all done in purple and I just scored a GTHO Falcon shell to wrap around the fusion.
Why does nobody race these, is it about aerodynamics? maybe run a clear body shell class, see how tidy you can make the inside of the car. Or a drift class, we all run super hard rubber or foam at the Hill and drift away.... Demo derbo would be fun. Oh forgot, Mini covers that. |
