Default Can I run with a cooling fan

Can I put a cooling fan on my V one S , so my shell no need to cut the front screeen.

Anyone has such experience? how much slower in speed?
and any over heating problems?

And can the Kyosho cooling fan fit on the OS CV engine?

I use one on my v-one s, i still cut a hole in the window though not as big is usual. as for temp difference, it helps alot when at idle or moving slow, i noticed around a 5-10 deg. drop. I didnt notice any power difference though.

if you do use it, you will need to point the airfilter away as it gets in the way - i use a GPM alloy air filter as it has an elbow tube.

yeah, i know how you feel, but i would still cut the hole (at least in the front) because the fan does not blow enough air to cool down like a hole in the body.

on my superten with 4 stroke i have a cooling fan and didnt cut a hole out but, the fan is twice as big, blows more air and is pointed in front of the engine, not at the side.

this is what the fan fitted in the superten looks like
