I have just realised that alot of you guys won't be able to come. It is on Easter weekend.

fatbear, if the date on your entry form is correct (12th-13th April) then it won't clash with the Australian Nationals as Easter is in March (21st-23rd)...

Hi Guys,
I have been in touch with the local club, and they are happy to have you guys over for this event.

The entry form is very comprehensive, and should be your first port of call for info on the event and area.

As for getting to Hawkes Bay (actually a region, the location is Napier/Hastings), it is a 3.5 to 4 hour drive from Wellington and about a 5 hour drive from Auckland, your most likely international arrival points.

www.airnewzealand.co.nz has flights also from Auckland to Napier ($89 NZD each way) and Wellington to Napier ($84 NZD each way) online. Note these will be smaller aircraft.

If you are interested in coming to this meeting, be sure to get your entrys in soon as they close on 24th March and there are no late entrys accepted.

Be sure to order your sovenier t-shirt (available on the latest entry form from www.hbrc-racing.co.nz)

The vintage class is also very well supported, and a buy and sell may be organised during the event.
