Post 3PK info
Can anyone tell me if i can use standard futaba 40meg crystals with the 3pk or do they use special dedicated crystals?
When changing frequences do i need to change the module or can i just change crystals?
I only need to change modules when changing bands..eg40 meg to 29 meg?

If you have a 40 Mhz Module, then you can use any Futaba 40mhz Crystals... the 3PK doesn't require special crystals to my knowledge... as long as you have the correct band module for it, then you are set...

Yep... Terry... let me know when you order some more crystals... I need some 40's


Also... the old module from the PJ works a treat with the PK... no HRS but can get you out of trouble when things go bad.

Yes..... but you cant run HRS with the 3PJ moduel in the Tx

Dont bother you will pay at least double. I support local shops if they support us, outright profiteering does not sit well with me.

vercoe your wisdom is astounding ......iv always thought this….but I could never put it into words. And when i tried, i would always get some hippy tellng me I have low ethical standards by not support the local hobby stores

I couldnt get it to work ? i have a set of crystals if you want, i orderd some can got sent a set the same as what i had
