WA ISTC Interclub Championship
I have been interested in this in a long time, and threw this together. I have sent this proposal to the listed comittees. Lets discuss, keep it on topic and constructive please:
Proposal
Participants
· Perth Radio Electric Car Club
· Ryper Raceway Model Car Club
· Bunbury On-Road Radio Controlled Car Club
Schedule
2 x rounds at each club
Rules
As per AARCMCC 1/10th ISTC rules except:
Tyres
Tyres will not be limited to a certain number of sets, but will be limited to the following compounds:
· Carpet tracks, racer supplied Take Off CS 22’s, open insert and rim
· Asphalt tracks, racer supplied Take Off CS 27’s, open insert and rim
Classes
Minimum number of drivers to make a class will be 6. That is two drivers from each club to get the total; the drivers don’t have to consist of two from each club as long as there are 6 or more in total. Classes as follows:
· 540 Class (silvercan and Tamiya sports tuned motors only)
· Stock Class as per AARCMCC rules
· Modified/Open as per AARCMCC rules
Points
The top two drivers from each club in each class to get points as follows, then added together to get the club total. The club with most points at the end of the championship wins:
1st. 8 points
2nd. 6 points
3rd. 4 points
4th. 3 points
5th. 2 points
6th. 1 point
Each year the last round should be held at a different club venue, the final round should consist of the racing, the trophy presentation and a BBQ.
