Default 2006 Tamiya World Titles

11 days out before the Australian team travels to "the land of the rising sun" and the Tamiya World Titles. Team members are Luc Botton (GT), Adam Amos (N1) and Joesph Hall (buggy). Hopefully we can continue with this thread over there seeing we have internet form the hotel rooms (all I have to do it to get it to work like last year) Questions yet to answered will Luc make an A final in GT (no one in Australia has ever done), will Adam come down from the clouds after the win in Australia and not yell SMA from the drivers in the finals also better Adam Formby qualing postion 3rd in the A main three years ago and can Austraia put all three driver into the A finals (which has never been done before). These questions and more will hopeful be answered in the next two weeks. Just think this time in two we will be standing out the Messe Hall waiting to get into the track for the first lot of qualifing runs.
Good luck to the all the Australians racing going this will be the biggest Tamiya Worlds that has been Europe are sending 18 drivers from 9 countries ,USA 3 drivers, Asia 3 drivers, Austarlia 3 drivers and Japan will have 65 drivers from all over Japan.

here to the link to Tamiya Japan http://www.tamiya.com/japan/tamiyafair/index.htm then go to http://babelfish.altavista.com/ and wait for the translation.

Will keep you posted on the lead and the trip with photos along the way.

Post your support for the boys for the battle ahead.

Default The 'Iron Chef'

SMA are contemplating sending over the 'Angry Chef' as Adam's personal cook and may be he could even get a run on the 'Iron Chef'.
Good luck to the guys racing and remember, it's not whether you win or lose, its how you look doing it.
Adam, don't forget to pack your SMA shirt and make sure it is ironed.

Good luck guys

You have managed to capture the only two green TA05's in the world, you should breed them you will make a fortune

The servo in Car#1 is in back to front, i would have tohught a short angled link like that will generate some funky steering characteristics.
