St Ives RC Club

Thanks Michael. Does that mean the club transponders will need to be replaced?

It's only MRT transponders that don't work with it so club ones are still good.

Does anyone have a setup sheet for a B4 for the current track?
Thanks

Hi,
I've just been frequenting St Ives a bit more recently and have noticed significantly more tyre wear than at North Ryde. Not an issue as such, but something interesting that I was wondering if anyone could answer is whether anyone has noticed one side wearing out faster than the other?
I am running a heavy 4WD short course truck on Proline Caliber 2.0 M2 (ie medium) compound and have noticed that both the left front and left rear wear significantly faster than the right, with a distinct "stripe" on both tyres. After a tyre rotation the same thing happens again.
Is this common?
I am guessing it might be due to the fast right hand sweeper at the end of the back straight and the tight right hander after that? I was suffering from traction rolling for a while so am also guessing it might be all the weight pushing into the outside rims before it finally flips?
Thanks in advance for your help.

It is common as you guessed it's due to the fast right sweeper as well as all the other right hand corners on the track. Just rotate after every run that'll even the wear out

Thanks for that - at least now I know it isn't a setup issue or some rubbing on the body etc. Thanks again!

I've just been up to the track and swept off the puddles. If it doesn't rain again racing will be on tomorrow and we will look at starting around 10.30am with registration from 9.45am.
Any help sweeping and blowing the track in the morning would also be appreciated.
