Guess you'd better get into it, so that your team mate can give it a shake down session to! I'd do it this weekend, but i'll be pre-disposed floating on the Murray river

'Buuurp'

NT 08-08-2006 04:50 AM

Me thinks the mini will fit on the houseboat (holds 10) so might have to see if i can fit it on! Problem is, there is an onboard spa, so i'm gonna struggle to get out of that me thinks!

As for the bar fridge, you can help stack it, there will be no shortage of helpers to remove the contents for you :D

Sounds like the Macca clan will be helping to stack and unstack the home fridge as it is :D

In Sola Speed I think it says to drill a hole in one of the spur gears.

Can someone show me where on Sunday at Castlemaine ?

Can't even use 1 speed yet so not sure I would want 2.

With Skip at the wheel, i'd be more concerned about the traction rolls :D

pkmck111, he's gone to bed now - it's what happens when ya get old. Call him on his mobile though, i'm sure he won't mind :D

Sp Racer 08-08-2006 05:10 AM

In Sola Speed I think it says to drill a hole in one of the spur gears.
You can do it 2 ways - remove the original pin and substitute it for a larger one, or drill a small hole (smaller than 2 mm ) in front of the "flat" where the 2 speed finger would engage the gear and put a pin in there....I can show you on the 26th - we're coming up to practice on the saturday..

NT 08-08-2006 05:55 AM

A few people use the TEU speedy, others use more upmarket versions though. No real difference as far as i can notice!

As for a cheap VoneS2, i already 'stole' one of those :D

As for the lunch break, i'm not sure - have to let Nezz chime in here. It's shaping up to be a big day of racing already!
