Default Fubuta Radio sets

Im thinking of buying a Fubuta Attack 2ER.
Is this sufficient enough or like just good enough for my Kyosho Gas RC Car?
Im not going racing or anything just some fun around the park and such.

yes, but most (there are notable exceptions) people consider wheel radios to be easier to use

Are you for real you consider wheel radio for easier use?
