in race conditions i think you will find that there are benfits for running some comm drops, ive ran stock at various events to supplement my mod racing, when ever i run stock i use tribo, and ive never had a slow car.

i rebuild my motors every race drops or not!

You can get Fantom Dyno's via any good hobbyshop, imported by Hobby Express. TSW uses and recommends the Fantom Dyno.

Fantom are working on an I.C. Engine dyno...

team hd

i would like to point out that this motor is brand new and has been run in.

2nd that i have appled comm drop's every run in testing with a car (yes i cleaned them inbetween)

3rd on my dyno if i run my motor three time's and each run lasts for 10 sec's thats only 30sec it took 50sec for the performance to drop considerably.

why is this so i'm sure my dyno's not faulty

keep in mind i'm not putting down this produt i'm only testing for for fun thats all.

oh i know this product perform's good in 540 i use the stuff indor's sometimes so don't ask the question why dos this guy use this stuff if he doesn't like it i do i just got curious about the results from my dyno

team HD,

Yes, the instructions you have been given off BJ are the very same ones I followed. I don't doubt that I could have done something wrong as I didn't do extensive testing, but yes, I can read info on a website. I wasn't too concerned about whether they could deliver better performance or not, more interested in prolonging the life of the comm and brushes. It didn't seem to do that, so I decided it just wasn't really worth worrying about. I have let several people try the treatment and none of them were enthused enough to buy a bottle.

I will get the drops out again and have another crack at it, just for you, but there is something else that I have that reduces brush/comm wear a hell of a lot more anyway

btw, I don't think anything that has been said by fasterdanu or myself has been incorrect, like I said, it's just my personal experience, not even my opinion (o.k. fasterdanu did have an opinion), even if the stuff does work, does not make what I am saying incorrect. As you pointed out, we might have just got the instructions wrong.
