OAR (or does the rule actually come from IFMAR?) applies a maximum cost to modified and stock motors,
I would have to say that ROAR has those rules as IFMAR do not run a stock class.

What criterea would a 'tyre supplier' need to meet to win tender at an aarcmcc event?
I think they would have to be able to supply tyres
But at the moment we don't have a tender system in place, maybe some one could write one up
It is so hard to fix the driver, but so easy to blame the car.

how about getting the tyre manufacturers to tender for the privilage of supplying tyres to all the racers as they need them, free of charge with the promise from ray wood to televise their company logo every 5 minutes as the tyre manufacturers for f1 are doing, that would get the race entries flooding in
