Pics of the track
Hey besercoe and everyone else. here are some pics of the track.
and besercoe, did you used to race in that big carpark with us?because for abot 5 years we have been racing at a new place owned by danny (actuall at his motorcyle wreckers shop) the track is looking a big rough at the moment, but we are planning on resurfacing it at the moment.
Feel free to come in and race any time for a stress free fun night.

Hi All I thought since I run the track and the wreckers I should throw in my 2 bob . Click Here for a direct link to my web with details of racing. Could besercoe be Brad ? If so how are ya. I still remember the day you rocked up with a B2 or B3 buggy and whipped us all, ah the shame of it . Anyway racing tonight was fun even though there was just a small group tonight.. Gotta say the xray with a wedge body sure gets the power of the brushless easier to use. Till next time Cheers Daniel (Danny)

Hi Danny
Yep that was me, unfortunately i didnt find out about your club until my last year of uni, but the few times i was down there was a lot of fun.
It was down at the hydraulics factory on the highway. I had seen pics of the current track and i wish you had that when i was around there.
Hopefully things are still going strong up there, hopefully some of you guys can make it down to a big Sydney event sometime, would be a real eye opener for you and would learn a lot.

Hi Brad I don't know about getting to sydney, I have just been to the NRT at casino and had my but kicked . I must get some of those IB3800s if I am ever to go away again as I just did not have the speed with GP3300s Maybe a newer car as well . Gotta say I still had a great time though. Maybe i should have bolted my brushless in as it still goes ok on older cells but even better on good ones ..

I live in western Sydney so am quite central to a lot of tracks. Predominantly the Eastern Creek track, but also Windsor indoor and SMA are two other major tracks in Sydney.
Some of you guys should look at coming to the NSW state titles at eastern creek over the 28-30 of April.

Yeah Tempe is SMA, it is a quite young club, but the members are very enthusiastic.
The creek is the most competitive track, for electric anyway. Today we had the likes of Simon Nicholson and Darren Campbell racing, with the Superstar RTR lines reporter Josh Kemp also in tow.
The more racers the merrier see what you guys can organise. I would love to see the NSW v QLD challenge be held in Coffs one year. I hate the trip up to Tamworth, and it seems to be pissing down everytime i go there

yeh we were racing with josh kemp at casino and andrew abbot and darren mathews.
Our facilities arent that great (ie. pits for about 25 ppl) and only 1 toile so big race meets would be hard, but we would like it,we only average about 12-15 racers per meet
But we could make it work.?! so

I have thought about holding some sort of larger event for quite a while and with a little reorganizing of some frames etc I could easily make room for about 40 people to pit and there is heaps more room out the front as well. We were getting close to 30 back in 2003 but numbers have dropped. I would not like to try and take the QLD Vs NSW challenge from Tamworth as it seems to be their event, but would like to run a North Coast Championship or something like that. Eagle Boys would be happy to deliver food and I am sure other facilties could be arranged if needed. We do only have a single loo here but I am sure we could get by and I guess if the numbers were enough get a portable or something else. When is a good date for everyone ?????
