not to sound harsh, but don't be lazy.
go look at the http://www.lrrcc.com/ website that was give to you already, and all the information is given on the front page about membership, race dates etc.
also spend a few minutes there and read the forums there to get more info on practice days and how to get a key.
if that is still not enough then there is also contact phone numbers that you can call up.
