Default worth cleaning bearings

I just took my back wheels of my car and saw that the bearing had some dust on them so I took 4 of the bearings out and blew them with the air compressor which wasn't a good idea becauce the bearings now fell abit rough would it be worth cleaning them or just wait till they shit themselves?

these are the bearings I have can they be taken apart?

to clean just use metho, it's the safest, and non toxic. doesn't clean as good forst go, but just do two rounds of washing them, until it comes clean and grit free.

for a tourer use mobil 1 oil or singer sewing machine oil, or something with teflon, for a offroad car use a medium thickness grease, or a slightly thicker grease if you just want to bash.

20-50 motor oil is better than sewing machine oil. use 20-50 if it is for a tourer.

i open my bearings up, clean them out with electrical switch cleaner and lube, and then oil them back up. (dont ask about electrical switch cleaner and lube, it was kinda sitting there on bench and i thought i'd give it a whirl, it goes all frosty like butane and stuff)

I use Zippo. I take the bearings out, take off the seal CAREFULLY and put them into zippo. For a container, I use a baby food jar as being glass, the zippo doesn't eat through it. I do one rinse, take them out, oil them with Singer oil. I place the bearing on a a drive shaft and turn it manually a few times then rinse out a second time. The first oiling allows any stuck girt to work free. Oil them a second time, place the seals back on and put them back into the car.
It does take some time, thats why I only do them after every 3 race meets.

Dont use metho to clean bearings, the water content in metho is to high, and can cause rust, use petrol or zippo, then oil with singer oil, don't use shock oil, it attracts dirt and dust very quickly because of the silicon content.
