Just want to check if Mini's have to run the Tamiya ESC or is it open, does it have to contain Tamiya plug to the battery and bullet plug on the motor, i.e can it be direct solder to the motor.

As per rules: with exception to stock, any motor connector or hard wiring is allowed. So you can do whatever you like for mini, offroad & GT1.

As dan has kindly pionted out mini.buggy and GT1 you can run any ecs and direct wire ecs to motor. It is only stock that you have to run tamiya plugs and bullet connectors

Yes these tires will be able to run for this years TCS
Thanks Trev - I'll pass the info on to the other DF03 owners.

I haven't tried the new tyres but wanted the option of testing them on the Friday of TCS.

The prize last year was a trophy or plaque as in previous years.

Trev,

You asked for feed back on the TCS website, here is some:

1, can we have the rules in a single PDF, it would make it much easer to download and print.

2, When is TCS this year, the actual dates? I could not find it on the entry form, on the CH calendar.

Also, I sent you a PM.

The dates are on the first page of the rules, but the date are from 29th September through to 1st October. The PDF is around 5mg in whole file not many people have cable so that is why we split up the pages.

Found 'em. LCD Screen, highish resolution, fine text is hard to read.

Hey Trev,

On the TCS website there is an Updates page with nothing on it - will this be updated soon (re: choice of DF03 tyres)?

Thanks

Yes you are right, we have only put up about the 40mg and spectrum at this stage and I'll get Linda onto putting up a couple of more this weekend.
