NSWRCRCC.Inc is proud to announce that the 2017 AARCMCC I.C On Road Australian Championships will be held at the John Grant International Raceway. Please see below conditions of entry and event details. Please note that all entries and payment including payment for additional function tickets must be received by 29th October 2017.

2017 AARCMCC I.C On-Road AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Tuesday 21st – Saturday 25th NOVEMBER 2017

Event Details:

John Grant International Raceway, Helles Park, Helles Ave, Moorebank N.S.W

Classes: 1/10th Pro Tourer, 1/8th Pan and 1/8th GT

Entry Fee: Adults $115, Juniors U/16 $60 – inclusive of function & $15 per additional class.

Additional Function tickets $30.00 pp. – payable by closing date below. NOTE: Tickets will not be available at the track.

Rules: Event will be run using current AARCMCC rules for all classes.

Inclusive of recent AARCMCC rule changes relating to qualifying format, qualifying heat duration and removal of engine allowance restrictions.

Format:

Qualifiers – Point score system as per amended AARCMCC rules - minimum of 4 heats or maximum of 6 heats of 4 or 7 minutes duration. Number of heats to be determined by number of entrants and program.

Finals -XMAS Tree Finals – 15 min Eighth Finals, 20 min Quarter Finals, 30 min Semi Finals, 45 min Main Final

In conjunction with AARCMCC, measures will be taken to prevent use of traction compounds and additives. Tyres must be presented new in their original packaging un-trued for verification prior to use. No restriction applies to quantity of tyres presented for verification subject to current AARCMCC rules.

Note: No engines are to be started before 8.00am

Tues 21st – Wed 22nd

Track open for practice 8.30 – 5.00 pm

Seeding heats commence at 2:30 pm on Wed 22nd



Thurs 23rd

Welcome Drivers Briefing & Concourse 8.30 am

Controlled practice ( Transponder Checks) 9:00 am

Qualifying starts 10.00 am


Friday 24th:

Qualifying starts 8.30 am

1/8th Finals


Saturday 25th

Finals 8.00 am

Presentations & Function at Moorebank Sports Club from 7:00 pm

Further details will be available at the track.


Sunday 26th

Rain day

Smoking is prohibited within the Club enclosure in accordance with N.S.W Health Laws

Hello This possibly has been asked before but what tyre for 1/8th GT any brand or are they hand out up to me Sweep PMT GRP Serpant ??????

You can use any brand tires you wish provided they conform to the latest AARCMCC rules and that the tires are presented to scrutineering unopened in there original packaging.
