Gee it's a shame there are only 4 GT drivers. If there were 8 or more it could have been the first sanctioned official AARCMCC event using the new GT rules. Have some good racing anyway boys.

Thanks for another great event from a great family orientated club, I always feel at home racing there. Thanks to the RRCSA members and family that helped run this event, The Kradolfer family have done a great job with nitro in the club. Good to see some new guys (Paul and Sam) running the event for the first time, even when they had issues the pits helped them keep racing. Young Cooper is going to give you guys a run for your money when he gets more experience, great drive from the youngstar. I need to thank Matt and Vicky Harris for opening their home for me this weekend and Brian Malaquin from ACT for pitting for me. Congrats to Jack for taking the win in GT, great to see some growing interest in the class each state I travel to. Hopefully see you all at the ACT titles.

I'd just like to echo Matt's comments, both Paul and I had an awesome time, we both learnt alot and really appreciated the help from all the guys. Matt you were a champion helping us both with pit stops as we were both running in the same heats! Ricky, Dan, Andrew and Frank were a wealth of info on my Mugen and assisted with setup tips, tyre trueing etc - Jeff Hamon/Ricky, thanks for the parts which kept me running - and a special thankyou to Kim Gruber, he lent me his Keep On when mine died on the first run on sunday, and I got another run in before the end of the day - really sorry I broke it was well.. I owe you one mate! Also wanted to thank the Infinity guys, both Jesse and Ray helped as well, with parts for Pauls Capricorn - The RRCSA guys who run the club really run a tight ship and the whole weekend ran very smoothly - nice work!

Really looking forward to heading back out to the track and getting some more laps in - Would be great to head out to some interstate events in the future!

cheers,

Sam
