Here's a quick snapshot of the track lit up at night, we'll post up some more images from the next night meet in February.

Hey Guys, Entries close on the 29th of February (2 Weeks Away).

Entries submitted after this date will attract a $5 per entry.

Also, as some entrants have entered more than 2 classes, it will be YOUR responsibility to arrange a Marshall in your place for times that you cannot Marshall. If there is no marshall in your place, your run for that round will be deleted.

We are pleased to announce that the race director for the day is Jeff Primmer, so a fast well executed day is assured.

Just a bit of an update...track is being prepped this weekend in readiness for the mayhem by Craig Laughton and will be all hands on deck getting the track ready for an amazing day of racing.

At our normal club meets we run 3400 watts of lighting....for the mayhem.....12000 watts so you can see your car and get a great tan all night long.

Track will be open from 8:30 to 12:00 so you have plenty of time to get your car dialled for the awesome day of racing that awaits.

Canteen will be crankin out the usual suspects from 8:30 and will be available all day long for drinks and snacks.

It's still not too late to get your entries in so don't delay and payment to be made on the day at race control which will be open from eight am. Payment must be made BEFORE you hit the track.

See you all there.

Drew

Hey fellas,
Having never run at Maitland and unfortunately being unable to get up there for practice before the 12th, can anyone offer any tyre tips?
Which compound?
Bars or pins?
I don't expect all your secrets of endless tyre testing, just a guide.
Will be running 4wd mod and sct.
Thanks in advance,
Grant M (Ryde)

Hey Grant,

No secrets here, but holeshots are usually the goto tire in soft. Jcons dub dees also work quite well in super soft.

I like to run a bar tire on the front, but hey....im a bit of a rook

Look forward to seeing you there

SCT......................11
4wd Stock.............12

As mentioned before, any entries after midnight tonight may incur a late entry fee.

Hey Guys,

Entries have been officially held open with no late payment fee until midnight the 10th of march 2016. This will be the absolute cutoff as all entries will need to be entered into alleycat on Friday. Take advantage of this and lets see if we can hit the ton

Track is shaping up with all work on the complete track rebuild scheduled to be complete and final rolling on Thursday night. with daily track watering/molasses treatments happening right through to late Friday night.

Craig and the track team, lead by Payden Budden, have done a phenomenal job on getting it ready and will be mint for Saturday and looks like it offers challenges for drivers of all skill levels.....cant wait

See you all there !!!

Drew

Default Race Results

A big thanks to all of those who attended this event and to all of the Sydney and Coffs boys for making the trip.

Would appreciate some feedback on what your thoughts are about the format. I personally liked the fact that I knew that I was getting 6 races no matter what

A huge thank you to all of those who helped pull the event together and to our major sponsor Modelflight, whom without there help it would not have been possible. Look forward to seeing you all again next year.
