Whalan Model Car Club with support from RC Core are proud to Host the 2015 AARCMCC Electric On-Road National Titles

We as a club are very sorry and apologize about the delay in posting this up. I, Matthew Oxford with support from members of WMCC and RC Core will be running the event at our outdoor track in Whalan Reserve off Debrincat Ave Tregear NSW 2770

Thursday 5th November - Sunday 8th November

Entry Fees: Sanctioned classes $40
Demo Classes $25
Volante control tyres $35 a set

AARCMCC Sanctioned Classes and Rules as per below, demo classes will have the normal regulations.

This is an Official AARCMCC event and member affiliation is required.

Between Matt and the crew at Core RC, this is set to be a GREAT event, with Trevor's input and guidance, the meeting will run like clockwork and attract a large number of entries. Well done to all those involved in rising from the dead :weird:

What are the dates of club meets/warm up meets leading up to Nationals? Would like to come up for a few.

I believe the club's scheduled race meeting days are the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month, Matt or another club member may be able to verify this.

Our club days are 2nd and 4th Sunday's of the month. We will run extra weekend timing days as the event gets closer. I will confirm with the other members and post up revised timing days as we get closer. The track is open to the public every other day of the week. (Bring a blower to blow the dust off, we are an outdoor track and are subjected to the weather) We will be running the full track for all classes in the anti clock wise direction. same as the states.

Will there be chairs and tables etc or do we have to bring our own?

I have a few large tables and a whole stack of chairs I can provide to the club for the meeting for flying in interstate drivers.
And I am sure we can work enough spare shade as well.

Ill speak to Matt next time I see him about it, and will make sure I can bring enough once entries have closed and know how much will be needed :)

Just wanted to confirm for time off reasons... There's no day put aside as a rain day?

The club has a few chairs hiding, but I won't so no to a few more. We will have tables for the interstate travellers. And Gav, you keep that 4 letter word out of this event., especially after the weather we had for the state titles. I will check with everyone this Sunday at our club day to confirm about the rain day. I think we have to provide one as per the rules, so expect there to be one on the Monday. If it does rain I'm blaming Gavin. Just saying. Keep the entries coming in. I will continue to update the second post.

Matt, I'll be there with the 977E. Entered for 21.5, considering 13.5 also.

We can show theses guys how we have fun, especially with a 1/8th on 6s going down the back straight or just the GT-e's being thrown around the track passing each other through the center sweeper. Just remember you can only enter one touring class as per the rules.

Keep the entries coming in, I will keep the second post updated. Also keep an eye on the 3rd post for the sponsors that are coming on board, supplying prizes for the raffle. Anyone willing to help sponsor this event would be greatly appreciated, just PM me and will get back in contact. Looking forward to seeing you all in November racing on my other home track.
