I can't wait for this event, the racing is always super close across all classes.

For the info of guys thinking of making the trip, some tyre tips:
Foam tyres only for touring cars and F1.
A good starting point for tourers is 40F 37R or 37F 35R
F1 from memory is hard fronts, soft rears.
Tyre additive/goop is NOT PERMITTED! The carpet does not belong to the club and cannot be marked.

M-Chassis to use Tamiya M-Grips.

The running of an Off-Road class is at the discretion of the club, if we need more entries to cover the venue hire it will be run, however we may limit entries to 10 so we can fit all of the racing in. If it is run it will likely be Stock (17.5T Blinky), not sure about the 2WD/4WD yet, all of this will be confirmed in the next week or so.

Hope to see you all there..

Regards,
Justin

On the topic of tyre tips, if you guys do run off road are slicks or pin type tyres suggested?

IF we run off road it will be regulated that the cars are run with off road style tyres, so pins/blocks... no slicks.
Also the cars and tyres will have to be somewhat clean, no muddy cars that will leave any significant dirt on the carpet.
Cheers.
