Dear all,

Due to the rain washing out our warmup event and pre-states busy bee this weekend, we have been unable to be at the track to take many of your entries, or do any prep for the state titles.

Due to this, our entries are looking very thin, if you have not yet entered and are wishing to do so, you can submit your entry via the following:
- email and direct deposit
- email and pay cash on Friday BEFORE you go on track to practice
- submit your entry form in person at the track on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday Nights this week 6pm-9pm

We need your entries in ASAP to allow us to put everything into the timing system and set up the event in due time, your cooperation is much appreciated.

Additionally, as a result of not being able to host our busy bee on Sunday, we will be hosting a Wednesday night busy bee at the track, starting at 6pm, the main goal of the busy bee is to make sure all the small jobs that need doing before the state titles are completed, if you could make yourself available to come down and help it would greatly help the club, and will help make your state titles even better!

Any members wishing to help even more, are welcome to come down to the track on Monday or Tuesday night to assist the few of us that will be there doing work

Re numbers: We would have loved to have attended with two entrants in our family, but the short notice made that impossible. Hope the weather plays nice, and you can pull things together. Cheers.
