I can see the logic with the fuel tank size.
The GT rules allows 21 - 28 sized engines, pushing the time out to 7mins heats 35min is forcing the point of only running a 21 to make run time.
I'm not saying the 21 are slower, its punishing anyone who brought differently as the Roma 25 or the 28 wont make 7mins.

A splash and go can be done in 6 seconds in and out, you'll just have to weigh up the options.

• Friday 6th March
- Practice from 11.30am to 5.00pm
• Saturday 7th March
- Practice 7:45am to 9:45am (EP & GP).
- Drivers meeting at 9:50am.
- Racing starts at 10:00pm (4 QLF rounds)
• Sunday 8th March
- Racing starts from 8:30am (2 QLF rounds) - All Finals.

I just spoke to our master chef (Gerrard), tomorrow menu will be bacon n egg roll for breakfast and BBQ at lunch time.

Great day of qualifying today!
Reminder: Q5 starts at 9:30am tomorrow (Sunday)
Each round takes approx 1.5 hrs to complete, meaning qualifying should finish by 12:30pm and hopefully lower finals to start by 1pm!

Serpent Tour
Well I could only make it today (Saturday) & I sure had a blast.
My fist race for the year lol
I really enjoyed the track, the guy's in my heat were awesome & getting faster as the meeting progressed lol
It was great to catch up with friends, wish I could be there Sunday but them's the breaks.
Thanks heaps to Gerrard, John & Jay (Walters Hobbies) for providing us with another great meeting.
Hope you all have a great race day Sunday.

Great event enjoyed it as usual...Many thanks to Jay and Walter for what has to be a great weekends racing...
As usual the pits is always full of cheerful soles more welcoming than than other events that i attend..Jeff had a blast....and yes dads still rusty at pit stops and many thanks to all those that wished Jeff on.... your all great mates i enjoy the pits atmosphere
Special thanks to the cook food was great..i will post the pics via face book this week
