Hi All,

Here are the details for the Meakin Masters 2015 at LORRCCC - dates are 28th Feb 2015 - 1st March 2015 - confirmed, so start booking your days off.

28th Feb Sat - Qualifying
1st March Sun - Bump up finals - trophies for top 3 places in each final

Classes to be confirmed but will definitely be 1/8 nitro buggy and truggy and 1/8 EP Buggy & Junior.

$40 per class entered.
Juniors $30

Due to the low number of nominations, we will be letting people pay their entries on the Saturday morning. But it will make things a lot easier if everyone can enter their details by filling in the online nominations.

The track copped a bit of a flogging, but will be ok for the weekend.
We did have a bobcat booked for the weekend that we had to cancel, so we are still trying to arrange that before hand, but don't like our luck...

Schedule
The gates will open at 6:30 and so drivers should be prepared for an 8:00am driver's briefing. Racing to start at 8:30am
If you are paying your nomination fee on Saturday morning please make sure you are at the track prior to 7:30 so we can start on time.

There will be drinks and food available through out the weekend.

We will run 1 round of practice & plan to have 4 or 5 rounds of qualifying, this will all depend on final numbers,weather & how smooth the day runs.
Sunday will kick off at 8:30 with bump up finals all day.
