Ok guys ,the goat track will kick off 2015 with our opening meeting on Sunday the 22nd with the , New year billy goats short course showdown , The track will be a all new layout and once again for our major events no one will do a single lap of the track until qualifying starts to make it an even playing field , this event is for 2wd short course and 4wd short course , trophies and prize money are up for grabs as well the winner will take home $150 cash for first $75 for second and $25 for third there will also be a cool raffle on the day the event will commence at 9 am the 22nd of feb entrie fees are $30 per class $25 for track fee holders each driver will do 3 qualifying rounds 7 minutes per round with resorts after each round and bump up finals until the A main Entries are open now at rc hobbies Gold Coast going to be a fun event ,the track is open in current layout until sat the 14th of February for those wanting to get back in the groove cheers simon

Great days racing for the inaugural New Years billy goats short course showdown thanks for your support racers young gun alex bernazdick showed everyone he was top gun on the day with a dominant drive to take the cash in both 2wd and 4 wd drive short course I managed to hold of the lone gcrc invader Nathan Ramsey to take 2nd thanks for your support Nathan , Bruce kemp took third in 4 bees with his best drive yet ,lots of other good performances by all our racers the event will return in 2016 cheers simon
