your sweep tyres will work Zac in soft (silver), in AKA either impact or grid irons in soft but is going to be hard to say what will work with the parts of the track being resurfaced and no cars have been on the track as yet

with only a few days left to go before our inaugural Mackay Cup which is Rnd 1 of the NEO+ QLD Tri Series, if anyone that hasnt nominated on slyfox for this event and is planning on running, can i please ask that you nominate by Friday Lunch before practice starts at 1PM as i wont be taking nominations on the day, only payments and will then mark you off the list. For the guys that wont be turning up till late Friday night/Saturday morning, could you please let me know that you are still planning to run this weekend so i can let Peter Cooper know to include you in the heats

Track has come up really good and should be some fast racing over the weekend. I will be at the track from about 8AM on Friday to do the final touches to the track for anyone who plans to get there early to setup camp.

Hi Everyone

with the weather not looking real promising for Friday practice (80% chance between 10 to 20mm), if practice is not able to be run on Friday afternoon, we will have one round of practice starting at 10AM Saturday. Depending on how things go during the day on Saturday, we may run the last round of qualifying for NITRO only first thing Sunday morning as at this stage, EP buggy will go straight into the A final. As the EP will be going all in the final, you still must race at least minimum 3 of the qualifiers on Saturday to be eligible to run Sunday's final

Forecast for Saturday and Sunday are looking good (10% chance saturday, 30% chance Sunday) so the meet will still be able to run but it will be a delayed start to things Saturday morning. this of course could change towards the end of the week and will keep everyone posted
